Erin Oden consistently ranks as a top producer in the luxury market, leading her team at Coastal Luxury, and has closed +$200 million in recent residential sales, closing $50 million in 2016.  Erin is the principal broker of Coastal Luxury. Erin maintains a strong emphasis on intimate market knowledge and a high level of investment in focused niche marketing. Staying closely atuned to trends to keep clients aligned with the market for peak opportunity, as well as strategically marketing clients’ properties above the expectation and the competition has proven successful and rewarding.


I spent my formative years as an expat, growing up in Paris, France. While living in Paris, our holidays – spring breaks and long summers – were spent at my family’s condo in Destin, Florida. Truly, the best of both worlds! On spring break when I was 15, I met a good-looking local beach boy. Several years later, I moved to the beach and married him! Jon and I now have two daughters and enjoy watching them grow up on the very same beaches.

The international lifestyle I led growing up became my culture and Paris my home. I can easily agree with Gertrude Stein’s sentiments, “America is my country but Paris is my home.” It is also easy to agree with what all who love the Emerald Coast have found to be true – these really are the most beautiful beaches in the world.

I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communication and Business before pursuing real estate. My husband, Jon, and I began investing in local real estate when we were first married, and Jon also pursued building and development opportunities. I studied the market and trends for years as we made our own personal investments, and a real estate career seemed like a natural fit for me. I obtained my license in 2005.

I started my real estate career at a small boutique brokerage in Seaside, Florida. After gaining a bit of experience and obtaining my Broker license to further my education and knowledge base, I was invited to join a luxury boutique firm in the fall of 2009. I spent several successful years building my business, team and brand, focusing my sales on the luxury market and top production. In 2015, I opened the Coastal Luxury brokerage.
